Coach Jenn will lead you through the following prep:
- Neck rotations
- Roll to pikes
...to ensure you're ready to go for your roll work.
Consider watching a movement breakdown, and trying a movement for a few minutes. Then, move on to the next movement variation, and try that.
It's your movement exploration time, so take these movements and roll with them ;) as desired. It could mean putting on a clock for 5-10 minutes in a training session or on a movement break and playing with different variations or combos of rolls.
Note: Shoulder rolls can be challenging if neck/trap mobility are very limited, so please be mindful of these. It might mean just sticking with forward rolls for now as you continue to do the 'prep' movements and create more movement freedom in those areas.
