You might have joined this platform and are now wondering, "Where the heck do I even begin?!".
That's a fair question, so hopefully this helps provide some guidance :)
There are different types of sessions in this membership portal. The first video of each section is a "welcome / overview" video that will talk more about what to expect from that session. I encourage you to take some time to go through each of those videos and do a quick review of each of the sections to start. Just in doing a quick review you'll start understanding a bit more about what they each cover.
Most of these sessions, outside from the class recordings, as designed to be "accessory based". This means that they are kept short so that you can easily fit them into your existing routine!
If you're joining me here, you're interested in improving how your body moves. You want to improve areas like your body's strength, mobility, flexibility and overall control.
Well, one of the best ways to support yourself is to start tackling movements that challenge you and address weaknesses. So, your goal is to start working these sessions into your routine with consistency as the main goal. Many of these sessions can easily fit INTO a training session. (ie. add in 5-10 minutes prior to doing you lift/skill work)
If you're someone regularly dealing with injuries and have trouble taking "active recovery" or gentle movement days, exploring some of this movement, especially Animal Flow, can be a nice option to start better supporting your body and giving yourself the recovery time you need to thrive.
Ultimately, there are MANY ways to use these sessions - so have some fun with them and integrate them in in whatever way makes sense for you.
