Mindful movement is the ability to LISTEN TO your body and pay attention to what it's telling you.
As you go through J2N sessions, you're encourage to move slowly when applicable, auto-regulate (adjust how your body feels on a particular day) and really get to know your body better.
For some of you used to high-intensity, fast-paced training (and life!) you might find some of this challenging not only physically, but mentally as well. When we slow down and really pay attention, it can be uncomfortable at first. But I promise you, the better you get to know your body and build on weaknesses, they better you'll be able to show up both in and out of the gym (and hopefully move with less pain and injuries along the way)
