Set Up:
Start on all fours with hands stacked under shoulders and knees under hips
Rotate elbow pits forward to help set shoulders
Tuck toes under
Actively press into the floor and lift hips to the ceiling (achieving an “A” position)
Option to do this with legs bent for a lower bear run or keep them straight
Think about extending as “tall” as possible, decreasing space between shoulders and ears
Move by stepping opposite hand and foot, seeing if you can add some speed as you move forward (think of it like a “bear run”).
Note: You never want to go so fast that you lose control. Be especially mindful as arms and shoulders fatigue.
