Whether you're looking to prepare for an upcoming training session, or simply want to get some movement in on a rest or recovery day, this is a great option.
Move through 3-5 rounds of the following:
- 5 Wrist leans
- 5 Steps bear
- 5 Scap push ups
- 5 Steps backwards bear
- 5 Pike push ups
Note: If pike push ups are too challenging, just keep them small. You can do a very tiny elbow bend just as far as you are comfortable.
