This section is about movement exploration. While naturally you'll challenge areas like flexibility, mobility and motor control, the idea is that you're working within your capabilities - meaning, it shouldn't be overly strenuous.
You are encouraged to adapt the sequences as desired. As you get more comfortable with locomotion, you can also "swap out" certain locomotion movements for others shown in the "Locomotion Collection" section of this platform.
These sequences and movement combos are typically going to be best suited to do either:
1) In a training day (i.e. after you do some initial warm up, add 5-10 minutes of movement exploration) prior to any more strenuous strength or conditioning work, or
2) Tackle as a stand-alone movement session or break in your day
