Strength & Skill Class Replays
These classes will be focused on a specific bodyweight skill development. Class format will start with prep (a variety of stretching and mobility drills), followed by skills practice. End the class with strength or accessory work to compliment the skill of focus.
Note: These classes DO typically require some equipment. While primarily bodyweight focused, there will be integration of DBs or KBs, bands, pull up bar and/or rings. Details will be found in the description of each class. Some modification options will be provided should not all equipment be available.
