- Stand up no hands challenge
Section #3:
Cycle through the following combo:
- 1 Curtsy squat, per side
- 1 Cossak squat, per side
- 1 Reach back + 3 straddle pulses
- 3 Steps straddle frogger
Section #4:
Animal Flow sequence:
- Set loaded beast
- 1 Beast reach
- 1 Scorpion reach
- 3-4 Steps Forward travelling bear
- Return to loaded beast
- Repeat
