Complete ~60s of each:
- Wall arm circles with wall, per
- Kneeling thoracic reaches with wall, per
- Kneeling hip opener pulses, per
- Roll-to-straddles
- Wrist mobility
Then, 3-4 rounds of:
- 30s Hollow hold
- 30s Lever steps on dominant leg
- 30s Floor line drill OR banded wall line drill
Practice (~15 Minutes):
1) Exit strategies → Pirouette hands on ground --> Pirouette off wall --> Cartwheels or "bails
2) Inversions → Bear OR wall-facing OR feet-elevated → Tic-tocs
Push:
30s Intervals w/ 10s rest:
[4-5 Rounds]
1) High-hip monkey OR DB press
2) Forearm plank reaches
3) Lower-only straddle arch hold
Ponder:
Reflect on the session as you stretch:
- 90s+ Prone thoracic extension
- 90s+ Straddle/pancake
