Follow along as we go through stretching and mobility work (details below). As always, rest as needed and adjust movements based on where you're at. Quality is ALWAYS priority.
This class starts with some head-to-toe stretching, followed by these three sections:
Section #1: Animal Flow Intervals
- Beast to scorpion reach
- Deep ape reach + opens, alternating
- Loaded beast to front steps, alternating
Section #2: Balance + Stability
- Flamingo stand
- Airplane
- Single leg long jumps, per side
- Jumping half turns
Section #3: Locomotion Exploration
- 3-5 Steps Forward travelling frogger
- 3-5 Backwards travelling bear
- 3-5 Steps forward travelling crab
- 3-5 Steps monkey, per direction
