Stand Up No Hands Challenge
Move & Play
•
6m 5s
Consider putting on a clock for 5-10 minutes and in that time, get up from and down to the ground is as many ways as you can.
Ideally, not using hands. However, if mobility is limited in areas like hips and ankles, tackling this with hands is totally fine.
Get out of your head, and just "go with the flow". Listen to your body, but also don't shy away from getting creative and finding new and different ways for your body to move.
This type of training not only helps develop mobility and flexibility in areas like hips, knees and ankles, but is also great for improving body awareness.
