Stretch, Move & Flow Class Replays

Stretch, Move & Flow are 45-minute recorded classes focused on improving flexibility, mobility and control (i.e. balance, coordination). You can expect to see a combination of stretching and dynamic mobility work, as well as ground-based movements like locomotion and Animal Flow. This bodyweight only class is great stand-alone session on days when you want some more gentle movement.
