Move & Play

Move & Play

Move & Play sessions are just as it sounds... Have some fun as you explore new and different ways to move and challenge your body. These sessions can help improve your flexibility, mobility and overall motor control.

The videos will include demonstrations and breakdowns of the movements and/or combos, but you're then encouraged to take the movements and explore them on your own in whatever way (and time) feels best for you! These sessions can be GREAT additions to your training days used as "Play" or practice prior to your strength and conditioning work, or feel free to throw them into your day as movement breaks in whatever way suits you.

Prioritize QUALITY and make sure to listen to your body. If movement variations shown aren't yet do-able for you, feel free to adapt/adjust accordingly. If you feel like you want to make a combo "your own" don't shy away from adding or adapting if you see opportunity to throw in other movement variations.
